Welcome to Mechnova Industries, These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any transactions for industrial valves, flanges, fittings, and related products. By accessing our site or placing orders, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in INR, exclude taxes/GST, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Minimum order values may apply for custom or bulk requests.
Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, online methods, or letter of credit for exports. Full payment is due prior to dispatch unless credit terms are pre-approved. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. All transactions comply with Indian financial regulations.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates; delays due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) are not liable for compensation. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise. Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
Warranty and Returns
Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery date. Claims must be notified within 7 days with proof. Non-defective returns are not accepted unless pre-authorized. Custom products are non-returnable.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to product replacement or refund value. We are not responsible for consequential damages, misuse, or improper installation. Governing law is Indian, with disputes resolved in Mumbai courts.
